We went out as a family, me my wife, 4 kids and in-laws for a sailing tour. The experience went spectacularly from booking with Pedro to the ride with Gonçalo and Jesus. It was an excellent day with the crew always attentive to our needs, transmitting a strong sense of organization and safety. After some less successful experiences, this one is to repeat for sure! We chartered the Beneteau Oceanis 411 for a half day trip from Lagos to Salema and back in August. 27, 2022. The 41 foot vessel was comfortable and spacious for our group of five. The crew, Leo and Rudy, were welcoming and pleasant in every way, as was the SW charters manager, Pablo, who took care of all the bookings and arrangements before the trip. It really was one of the highlights of our six day visit to the Algarve. I would recommend this charter company to anyone visiting there.

Our family of 7 - Mum and Dad, Grandma and 4 teenage children - chartered a full day trip on a sailing catamaran (Lagune 440 - Just Cat) with Gonzalo and Jose and we had a spectacular day! We cruised the Algarve coast for about 7 hours - saw dolphins, swam and cycled, and cruised the caves and hidden beaches in a small inflatable boat. We had a truly memorable and relaxing day and I loved every minute of it. As we watched other smaller and more crowded boats, we were grateful for the opportunity to have a day of luxury and ease. As soon as the dolphins are sighted, as curious creatures that they are, they usually approach the boat and you will have the possibility to take some photos or make a short video to share with your friends!

Return to Marina de Lagos

After a period of about 30 minutes with these wonderful creatures and depending on the time we have left, we will make our way back to Ponta da Piedade where you can swim in hidden beaches among the rock formations, observe the impressive ocean caves of the Algarve coast or, if the conditions permit, go water skiing and wakeboarding.
